From 30 October the winter hours apply, so the park closes one hour earlier. Plan to arrive when the park opens and make the most of the morning.

Part of the water is heated to 24 degrees: the Mai Thai River, the Lost City and the Wave Palace. This makes winter days easier, when the air is cooler.

The park has five bars and restaurants, including the Thai House, the Beach Club and the Floating Market. The sun loungers and umbrellas are included in the ticket, but their number is limited, so go early to get a good spot.
